41 pages. This is the space that Exclusive Owners magazine dedicated to Lapland Ice Driving in its 34th issue. A report by Yves Mermet, photographed by Cathy Dubuisson, with drone shots by Maxime Danet, and Patrick Bornhauser at the wheel of two exceptional Ferraris.

Ecstasy on ice

Titled “Ecstasy on Ice”, the report takes the reader to Arjeplog in Swedish Lapland, 70 km from the Arctic Circle. It’s here that Eric Gallardo has built the world’s largest driving centre: 1,200 hectares, thirteen tracks, including five officially-licensed full-scle Formula 1 circuits: Paul Ricard, Silverstone, Nürburgring, Sepang, Yas Marina.

Accompanied by his dedicated instructors, over two intense days, Patrick Bornhauser took the wheel of the Ferrari F8 Tributo and then the Ferrari 488 Challenge at more than 200 km/h on ice.

What the magazine remembered

As well as the actual activities, Exclusive Owners highlighted what makes Lapland Ice Driving unique: one-on-one exceptional level coaching, a fleet of 30 sports cars prepared specifically for the ice, 5 F1 circuits, and an set-up deliberatelylimited to twelve crews per day to guarantee an individual tailor-made experience.
